Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection & Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the hardware for diagnostic clearance; once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
